It was too late for 21-year-old Christina Tarsell and 17-year-old Jessica Ericzon. Both healthy, athletic young women suddenly dropped dead shortly after receiving their final injection of Gardasil, a vaccine developed by Merck to protect girls and young women from cervical cancer caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV).
But when Christina’s and Jessica’s shocked families tried to get the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to investigate a vaccine it had inexplicably fast-tracked through the approval process even though only one percent of all cancer deaths are due to cervical cancer, they hit a brick wall.
The Tarsells and Ericzons have been vindicated by new documents just released by the FDA’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) under a Freedom of Information Act request filed by Judicial Watch.
In just one year - between Sept. 1, 2010 and Sept. 15, 2011 - 26 new deaths and many more severe adverse reactions – including seizures, paralysis, and blindness – were reported in patients receiving Gardasil injections.
The stories are heartbreakingly similar to the Tarsell and Ericzon tragedies: One healthy 14-year-old girl suffered more than 150 seizures – during which she stopped breathing for up to 40 seconds - following her third Gardasil shot. Another vaccinated 15-year-old suddenly became paralyzed from the waist down the day after receiving her second dose of Gardasil and had to be hospitalized for two months.
The grieving parents of Christina and Jessica told The Washington Examiner that the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) both ignored their repeated requests to investigate possible links between Gardasil and their daughters’ unexplained deaths. It never happened. Since then, dozens more people who were vaccinated with Gardasil have also mysteriously died, and many others experienced serious and debilitating reactions.
That alone should have triggered at least some interest in these two federal public health agencies as to whether there was a cause-effect relationship, but it never happened.
CDC still insists that ìthere was no unusual pattern or clustering to the deaths that would suggest that they were caused by the vaccineî - even though VAERS itself reports 18,727 reports of “adverse events” following Gardasil injections, including 68 deaths.
"These reports raise additional concerns about Gardasil’s questionable safety and provide ample reason to end the push to give it young girls and boys. And the CDC’s continued caginess on reported deaths is disturbing," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

However, the CDC does have this interesting quote dated 21 October 2011:
“Based on all of the information we have today, CDC recommends HPV vaccination for the prevention of most types of cervical cancer.”

From the CDC...
“As of September 15, 2011, approximately 40 million doses of Gardasil were distributed in the U.S.”
Assuming that most people got the three dose procedure, I guess this means about 12 million people have received the vaccine.

“[Of the 20,096 adverse events reported to VAERS], 92% were considered to be non-serious, and 8% were considered serious.”
So, figure 1,600 serious adverse events for 12 million people.
Check my math, but I think that's 13 serious adverse events for every 100,000 people.

You and the other poster need to sell some of that stuff you are smoking if you think there is no cause and effect from healthy young women taking a vaccination and having those type of side effects.
I suppose that was the case with the smallpox vaccine that they discontinued for medical personnel, too? The CDC is the one that told them to discontinue it because it was obvious that the vaccine was causing deaths and serious side effects. They didn’t say it was statistically insignificant.

Over 40 million doses in the US, alone. There are a certain number of deaths in any large group. These deaths and all of the reports other than localized skin reactions and one anaphylactic reaction do not follow any known medical model for effects from the vaccine.
Healthy people have sudden onsets of illness all the time.
People die all the time.
People are diagnosed with disease all the time.
You might as well blame what they ate for breakfast in the morning, according to the data — what, you think there is no cause and effect when a healthy woman eats cereal, and then just hours later she dies? It was clearly the cereal. Never mind that millions of people ate that cereal and had no problems.

There is no way I can explain that doctor’s actions. Tell your friend that she’s right to go to another. Their relationship will never be the same.
She ought to write a note to the first doctor to explain her decision, so he can learn to control his temper.

Gardasil is made the same way as all of the insulin we use in patients these days. It is not a virus, does not contain viral particles and has never been a virus. It contains some proteins manufactured by a bacteria, that cause the body to react and make white blood cells that fight off future exposure to HPV.
As I wrote, there have been over 40 million doses in the US, 60 million or so in the world. These are huge numbers and there will be new onset seizures, or other problems in nay population of that size.

As to indy’s comment about “POTS syndrome,” the onset for those who develop the syndrome is in the same age as the girls getting the shots. Women are 5 times as likely as men to develop it - but there’s no causation by the vaccine. http://www.dinet.org/pots_an_overview.htm
wbill, It doesn’t appear that the less common strains of HPV are moving in to “fill the gap.” We have over 10 years’ experience with the vaccine, and it even appears that there is some cross-immunity with some of the other strains not covered specifically.
Your assumption is wrong about the rate of completion of 3 shots.
In addition, the reported events might or might not be *cased* by the vaccine. Did you read some of the VAERS reports? One actually said “the patient may or may not have expired.”
Of course HPV is a communicable disease. Source, please.
The “kill ratio” for Gardasil is 0. No deaths have been attributed to the vaccine.
Don’t forget that Gardasil is manufactured the same way that all insulin sold for injection is made.

It’s not having the same effects on patients. Hence the massive side effects and deaths associated with those who have undergone the injections, otherwise healthy folks.
Gardasil needs to be stopped and properly tested rather than using minors as guinea pigs.

Already posted in the thread. Gardasil supporter admitted that herd immunity doesn’t work the same way for HPV as it does for other diseases.
Why? Because a small subset of the population is responsible for most of the transmission. It doesn’t take a large number to undermine the effort if that small number is hitting way above it’s weight.

You are not exposed to HPV unless you make a conscious decision to have sex with someone who is already infected. You are not going to contract HPV just from shaking hands or incidental contact, as you are with communicable diseases, or measles, mumps, rubella, diptheria, pertussis, influenza, etc.
I have, the symptoms generally bear out a consistant pattern. That the vaccine is untested is a massive scandal.
The symptoms aren’t a random collection of symptoms, generally, its the same most every time. Blood clots, severe ones left untreated resulting in death.
Then you have the constellation of lesser side effects associated with the gardasil shot. I have a statistical database compiled... it’s not a pretty picture.
I believe the parents. I won’t cover for drug companies and politicians to make myself accept the unacceptable.
In the end, it will all be a wasted energy anyway. Once this nightmare is forced by Obamacare, anyone who is injured will have no right to sue.
The injured will have to rely on the the Obamacare death panels to decide if the person affected is worth the cost of extended care, or if they need to be administered the red pill or the blue pill. But who cares if it ain’t their loved one.
The person will probably be offered a trip down the hospice chute.
