Ever hear of a false dichotomy?

Yes, I also agree with Paul that the decades-long War on Drugs has cost us much of our constitutional protection. Both the Fourth and Fifth Amendment have been nullified by unreasonable and warrant-less searches, no-knock ninjas, and seizures of property without due process.

That kid down the road smoking reefer is so scary.

I haven't had a drink of alcohol let alone smoked dope in more than thirty years, but I do not see the problem with getting the federal government out of the drug-enforcement business.

If only it were his Soros -like support of Drug legalization.

His “foreign policy” ( if he had one) is much more dangerous.

If you are going to make the constitutional argument for legalizing pot, you either follow it through to the natural conclusion of legalizing crack and heroin, or you are being insincere.

Ron Paul believes that heroin should be legal. It is yet another reason why I think the man is not only completely freaking nuts, but also dangerous for this country.
