Yes, I also agree with Paul that the decades-long War on Drugs has cost us much of our constitutional protection. Both the Fourth and Fifth Amendment have been nullified by unreasonable and warrant-less searches, no-knock ninjas, and seizures of property without due process.

If you are going to make the constitutional argument for legalizing pot, you either follow it through to the natural conclusion of legalizing crack and heroin, or you are being insincere.
Ron Paul believes that heroin should be legal. It is yet another reason why I think the man is not only completely freaking nuts, but also dangerous for this country.
