I am still trying to figure out what exactly makes “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” a Christmas song...

Greensleaves by Lynrd Skynryd is an absolute gem. Listen to it carefully with a good set of headphones.

Speaking of Christmas songs.
About 8 - 10 years ago I heard a song on a rock station that I have not been able to find online. At the end of the song it featured the audio of George Bailey from “ Its a wonderful life “ as he runs through the town screaming ‘ Merry Christmas! ‘ in the background, the band was singing lyrics on top of that. It was quite good and that is one of my favorite movies.
Does that ring a bell for anyone?

I was thinking of One Last Christmas by Matthew West. It's a somewhat sad but touching song about a family with a terminally ill boy who know he won't make it to the end of the year so they start celebrating Christmas (with the help of the neighbors) in September. Eventually the whole town gets in on it and he has a smile on his face to the last moment. What makes the song even more poignant is that it's based off a TRUE story.

I really enjoy Straight No Chaser's "12 Days of Christmas" and "The Christmas Can-Can"

To your liking, you might find the Benedictine monks of Solesme collection available online. There are particular discs concerning all the seasons on the liturgical calendar. BTW, I visited your home page. I think it’s the nicest one I have seen at FR.

The only thing worse than "Santa Baby" are the endless, even more horrible, cover versions. Particularly Madonna's and Michael Buble's. (Not kidding on that last one.)
Others grow and wear on me from year to year, like selections from the South Park Christmas album.
I do, however, like telling people (verbally) that one of my favorite CDs (and this is actually true) is "M&M's Christmas album". (Say it out loud -- I get strange looks, stranger when I hold up the jewel case!)

“Find it on youtube if you dare - its so bad.”
There’s always: “I yust go nuts at Christmas”
Pretty horrible. But one line in it covered my dad:
“I don’t know, her size and so, she gets a carpet sveeper instead”.
