Republican diners havent yet picked their entree, but theyve narrowed it down to the steak or the fish. Still, just as interesting as their main course will be their side selection: Will they go for a drab salad, or something more exciting? Maybe a spicy Rice dish?
Yes, that Rice: Condi. Shes rested and ready - and buff.
Americas first black female secretary of state is quietly positioning herself to be the top choice of the eventual Republican presidential nominee, ready to deliver bona fide foreign-policy credentials lacking among the candidates. The 56-year-old has recently raised her profile, releasing her memoir in November and embarking on a monthlong book tour.

Bet you were pushing Scott Brown two years ago because he “could bring in a lot of voters.”
I think this is wishful thinking at best; and “bulls**t” at worst. She will not be the VP for anyone. I’m sticking with MARCO RUBIO!!!
How about QUAYLE and RICE. Now that’s a sure loser. Think I’ll go puke.
>>I think the abortion issue should be off the table for this election. For one, the laws will not change no matter who is in charge on the Republican side.
And secondly, there are much more important things to consider.
We need a steady experienced hand at the foreign policy front and Condis got it.>>
Much more important things to consider? Not if you’re an unborn child whose mother has an appointment tomorrow with an abortionist.
Yeah, let’s take it off the table. How compassionate of you.
It’s tragic that the unborn can’t vote or tithe. If they could, abortion would come to a halt in one election cycle.
Nope, I wasn't. Nor am I pushing Condi.
I just think it's an interesting idea to win the election.
Well maybe condi should have voted for the white guy
Wishy washy on life. Sorry, no.
I don’t think that will happen. They usually pick somebody with some clout in a swing state they need to carry.
Didn’t she vote for Obama? I thought I read that she did.
She revealed her true stripes too soon.
I will pass.
Too bad.
You do not get to dictate others not oppose the killing of babies no matter how much zeebee might not give a crap if people carve living children up in the womb.
If you want to continue your chosen path of urging the status quo on that, and urge others to give up on it you will have to take that position up with the site owner.
My thoughts exactly.
I agree. Good balance. I like Santorum a lot. He'd make an excellent heir apparent to Gingrich in '16, and he'd learn a lot of DC maneuvering from Gingrich in the meantime.
Are you channeling your inner Muammar Gaddafi?
That’s nonsense.
Not sure, but she appears to be an Obama supporter.

If the law did not change when we had a pro-life president with both houses under R control, it won’t change now.
I’m not saying the issue is not important. I’m saying that it will not be an issue this election. We need to restore sanity and morality in our country first.
Excellent common sense post.
I don’t think she did. Colin Powell did.
Pass she has to few Conservative ideas.
