Perry was asked the question so he had to answer. He ALSO said it is TOO EARLY TO BE THINKING ABOUT THIS SUJBECT. Rick Perry was simply being diplomatic.

What the heck was he supposed to say.... I would not go near that ass%$#$# Cain, tha race card player, with all his cheating on his wife and an IQ of zero on foreign policy.

What I see is a man ( Rick Perry) that has more high character in one finger then Herman Cain has in his entire body.
