They couldn’t even get a dozen to come up with solutions, Michelle. All 535 sitting down would result in zero getting done.

Lock them all in their respective chamber, take away all of their phones, and don't let them out until they approve a balanced budget. (If they have to go to the bathroom hand them a bucket.)
