Sarah Palin Fails To Find Buyer For Latest TV Show Sarah Palin has so far failed to find a buyer for her latest television show idea in a further sign that her star is on the wane.

The former Republican vice presidential candidate's new proposed foray into reality TV would focus on her husband Todd's career as a champion snowmobile racer. It would be a follow up to "Sarah Palin's Alaska," an eight-part travelogue which was sold to The Learning Channel (TLC) for more than $1 million an episode and first broadcast in November last year.
That show followed the former Alaska governor and her family around the state, including footage of her shooting a caribou on a hunting trip, going on a deep sea fishing expedition, and visiting a logging camp. It broke ratings records for a first episode on TLC, drawing more than five million viewers. However, it dropped to three million for the second episode and received mixed reviews, with entertainment industry bible Variety commenting "Boring? You betcha".
Discovery Communications, which owns TLC, has not bought the latest idea for a Palin show. Cable and satellite broadcaster A&E Networks, which bid for the previous series, is also reportedly not interested.

A very accurate observation; the GOP elite RINO association. They were always the heart of her opposition.
You have lost prospective here, the entire left wing of the GOP told her to drop dead,.that they would not support her. You cannot win a Presidential election with just TeaPArty support. Stop blaming her, she is not the GOP elite, they knew their goose was cooked, and they had to stop her. Now they need her, because her voice is still very influential. Paybacks are a b!tch.

No, I havent lost anything. I was aware since the day after the ‘08 convention that the GOP elite establishment would rather lose an election than see Sarah Palin become the head of the party.
The people had a much different idea. As far as voters go, the GOP has no left wing; the left wing is the leadership.
No we are not angry we did not defend her.
It’s all we did. Over and oave and over.
We are angry that after we defended her. Over and over and over.
She quit.
Which is precisely what the people we defended her from, were saying she would do.
THAT is why we’re angry.
Could we survive if that happens?

Why is it that following Sarah’s own actions and events that they can not speak for Sarah Palin without being charactorized as bashing. I just don’t get it.
Deeply resenting the interminable tease of a campaign, in the middle of which she applies and receives a Trademark, after contracting appearances on FOX as a pundit, a star in her Alaska reality TV show, a home buyer in AZ, book promotions & sales and then boosting her daughter’s book, please, is not bashing, but stating the obvious. Not a moment was ever spent, in two years, to prepare for a serious campaign. We were all privy to the same actions and decisions. Some thought it was terribly cool and a hill to die on, no matter what Sarah said, or did, or where and how she appeared. Others of us thought it uncool, deceptive, manipulative, extremely disingenuous, and a cash bonanza for Sarah, so long as she could keep it going. Like a car wreck, two people see the same thing, but forever will see it differently.
It didn’t sell out. It’s on sale for thirteen bucks. I would have to order it and have it shipped to the store. It isn’t held on the floor.
Time to warm up the bus for another cross country tour.

It won’t be a merry anyuthing for anyone next year if she doesn’t. There is no way the GOP can win this election with anyone but Palin. It’ll be an uphill battle even for her now though.
Palin chose not to beat her head against a brick Wall.
Palin had several million Americans fully prepared to beat our heads up against that brick wall with her.
We were all there, ready.
Because it’s important.
