Geez.
Following Gingrich is like a roller coaster. Once say he says something good (”Palestinians are an invented people”) the next he dishes out crap like this FDR worship.
Several weeks ago, before his new-found #1 status, I posted that Gingrich was eratic and inconsistent and that worries me.
I got skewered by the Newtbots, of course.
I have not changed my assessment. In fact, the more Newt opens his mouth, the more he proves my point. Yeah, I "believe in the environment" too, but stating that as a position is sort of dumb.
May this soon pass and we get a new flavor of the week. Otherwise, we may end up with a long-lasting case of indigestion, if Gingrich does get in the White House.
Since Cain is gone, and Perry is lagging, that leaves Romney and Newt. Newt is better than Romney, who is CONSISTENTLY bad.
In Newt’s case, Cain’s endorsement goes a little way for me, too.
