Who knows, maybe Paul will win in Iowa. I know he goes off the rails on foreign policy, but if we're honest, there's so much to like about Paul's approach.

If RP wins, Iowa should NEVER get to be first in the nation with caucuses. The only chord RP strikes in me is a chord of discontent. Utter discontent. Foreign Policy MATTERS. RP’s positions are unacceptable.

As regards foreign policy, Paul is a dangerous crank. Hard to believe, but he could be worse for our national security than Zero...and that’s saying a lot.

well, I think he is right on spending and the constitution (e.g. states right).

On foreign policy he is outright lunatic. It may sound nice in theory to isolate US and hope bad things won’t happen as a result, but history shows what happens then. He is ignorant of history.

I’m not too familiar about his views on other topics.

He should never be president because of his foreign policy views (not willing to protect the US).

Depressing. Three leading GOP candidates are all absolutely unacceptable for conservatives. Can’t we do start over?

Ron Paul is borderline insane. Bet on it. Check his wrists. I bet he cuts himself.

Ron Paul has always done well with straw polls and caucuses. He has a real gift for busing in Paulbots for these kinds of events. But he could never win a national election.

The note is disgust. Most people can see right through the old career politician RINO.

He is strikingly ignorant on foreign policy.

If he could get that squared away, people may listen to his good ideas. Until then, he’s just another dolt with some good ideas and some libertarian dolt followers.

just sayin’

Paul? Do people realize that Paul's approach on foreign affairs is in left field, is even more left than Obama.
Strikes chords? On a piano or a guitar?

I agree with much of what Paul says, but he is a flibberty jibbit. He is not at all presidentital.

Well he’s way better than Zero but Ru Paul doesn’t inspire much confidence to me as a. Voter. Heck he’s even older than McLame. Maybe for VP but then again pick a younger VP for the future.

I always respected Ron Paul, and I really like his son, Rand. But his comment about the Bush administration being “gleeful” after 9/11 to justify the Iraq war absolutely disqualifies him from any consideration for my vote. That was an outrageous, unforgivable lie. You can disagree with the policy but he went too far.

Wonder if Iowa has been introduced to some of that kook’s racist nutty newsletters?

Do they listen to any of the conspiracy nut shows that the kook patronizes and how he encourages the crazies?

Are the people anxious to see drugs legalized?

Has Iowa learned that he believes North Korea and Iran are no threat?

Is the state of Iowa infected by nutcase truthers?

Have they read about his comment a few days ago: “Just think of what happened after 9/11. Immediately before there was any assessment there was glee in the administration because now we can invade Iraq,” Ron Paul Dec 8, 2011

Maybe Iowa doesn’t know that he’s nuttier than their Christmas fruitcake.

That's very mush because the RUN Paultards think that they can get their cult leader into the race by swarming the polls and busing people in to make it look like Paul is actually a contender.

It's nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Period. Looking at all the national polls, Paul runs in the single digits and will never win no matter how you try to propagandize it.

Paul is a kook, America understands that, and he is only taking valuable votes away from the real ability to fix this country. God help all of us if what you are saying is actually true and he wins the election. If that were to happen, the damage would be worse than what Obama inflicted on us. But most of us know better than that and you will never convince us that this bull crap is actually true.
