Michael Savage is so often wrong. He even said that Herman Cain would not find work any more, and couldn’t go back to being a radio talk show host. BUT I heard that Fox News offered Cain a job. I notice they aren’t offering Savage a job.

Pat Buchanan said that if Romney ever won the primaries, it would risk a 3rd party.

Just watched the C-Span debate with Huntsman & Newt.

They were both better than Romney - and the fact that Newt could go toe to toe with Huntsman on discussing China, Iran, the defense budget, foreign aid and intelligence was icing on the cake.

Romney would have been gobsmacked by both of them.

The RATS must love watching the Repubs circular firing squad. They have the weakest candidate since Jimma Carter and their opponents are too busy cutting each other’s throats to put up a fight. For every bad things these guys say about each other, they should say 2 bad things about the disgusting America-hating marxist in chief.

Romeny has lost the vast majority elections in which he was a candidate. And every campaign he’s involved in, he tends to weaken over time. He’s a weak, plastic, awkward, passionless, and cowardly. He’s a bag of mush. And he is not electable.

Other than lacking the "fat," how does Romney distinguish himself from looking like an "old... white man?"

Savage was pushing Trump early this year.

Savage’s show lately has been nothing but promoting his book. He reads passages from it endlessly and compares himself favorably himself to Jack London and Ernest Hemingway.

He dislikes Sarah Palin and has said she could never win. Lately he has been bashing Gingrich endlessly. Few people are as arrogant as Savage.

This is good for Newt, it will only strengthen his base.

Now this is funny. At the end of the debate when they were asked of whom they admired on the stage, Santorum said Gingrich because he used to listen to Newts tape on conservatism.

Can anyone tell me WTH?

The only reason Savage is enamored with Romney is because, if I remember correctly, he and Romney had dinner together and talked some things out.

I’ve come to realize that Savage loves people who stroke his ego and make him feel important. People call in to his show and slather him with praise, he gets giddy and gives out a free book. Herman Cain shows up, Savage supports him. Romney meets with Savage, Savage supports Romney. After Herman Cain made his second appearance on the Savage Nation, I heard him air his snarling contempt for Michele Bachmann because she wouldn’t come back on his show.

So why do I still listen to Savage, you ask? As of this moment, I no longer do. I’m no fan of Newt, but anyone who thinks he’s worse than Wimp Romney is delusional.

First, front runner Rick Perry took himself down with some idiotic comments in a debate.

Next, Herman Cain took the reigns as the front runner and the GOP elite planted accusations and whispers that Herman Cain had numerous extramarital affairs. Down Cain fell.

Now Newt Gingrich is the front runner and the GOP elite can not attack with rumors of affairs. Instead, they use the media members from the right(Glenn Back and Michael Savage) to attack Newt and try to bring him down.

It is very obvious that the entire media and the GOP elite want Mitt Romney to win the GOP nomination for the presidency. Are voters this stupid?

Savage is unhinged, but at least he has a definitive opinion. All the other hosts on radio say just enough to be perfectly ambiguous, so they don't offend their audience. It makes for a wise radio policy, but not a very illuminating political discussion.

Michael Savage may not be a liberal, but he’s definitely got some sort of mental disorder.

Savage rocks. Been listening since 1996. If you don’t like him, then don’t listen. His bet with Newt is silly and he knows it. The goal is to defeat Jihadism and I think both Newt and Mitt can get John Bolton to secure victory. Sooner the better.

I agree to a certain extent that Newt has a hateability factor that is quite high in the American general public. He’s in the same boat as Nancy Pelosi.

Even if elected, it is very possible Newt will blow up in everyone’s face. Many people will be gloating bigtime “told ya so” once impeachment for Newt is in full swing.

Newt is a high risk choice. Some of the things he says are just......strange.

When Mitt ran for Senate against Kennedy he actually ran to the left of Kennedy.

When Scott Brown was running for Senate (and I supported him) many here thought he might be presidential material. I said at that time what I believe today...that I could never support for President anyone who could win a statewide election in Massachusetts.

Mitt is an absolute non-starter for me. Mitt would cause a third party.
