They got a building that truly reflects the tenants.
Boo hoo.
Look for the Union label.
Before I even looked at this article, I thought, “The old one was probably a LOT better”. I then read it, and turns out Mr. Orlando Garcia would agree with me! Why do cities automatically think new must be better than old???
Maybe some ceiling tiles will fall on passing motorists. I doubt NJ is a right to work state.
I have no doubt that contractors took advantage of the situation, However are they to bare all the blame?
What happened to the Inspectors who should have watched the foundation being laid, and made sure the cement was the proper kid, and that the soil could stand the weight.
After helping y son build his home we found that inspectors were a royal pain in the ass.As they do not like Harry Homeowner building his own home, They were there every step of the way, and it wasn’t all bad, some of the things they got on us about were good moves
Where were these inspecters when their own government building was being built.I believe the city partially to blame.
Gee, if it collapsed, think of how many liaryars would be killed. Just sayin.
Just goes to show you the punk crooks today in “Dirty City” would n’t make a patch on Frank Hague’s “I am the Law” behind. Margret Hague is still standing. RIP Frank there will never be anybody like you again.- Tonnele Ted

Do they really expect the foundation to hold with all of those bodies mixed in the concrete?
