Then why would Gingrich:
1. Sit down with Nancy Pelosi on that famous couch and generally agree with her on globing warming.

2. Support Dede Seozzafava the RINO in New York's republican primary a short time ago.

3. Call Paul Ryan's medicare reform package something the right wing extremists would support.

And this has been within that last few years. If I have to, I will hold my nose and vote for Gingrich over Obama, but it won't be with much enthusiasm.

I agree that the Tea Party has no defined “Leader” and that we are mostly a bunch of independent people. However, I think that you will also agree that if you define yourself as a “Tea Party” person or member that you are affiliated with a local Tea Party group. Right?

I also understand that within the “Tea Party” there are some who at this time may support Newt or another “front runner” as prescribed for us by the “media”.

Watch what is going to happen over the next few days. That’s all I will say on it at this time. Stay tuned.

He admitted your number 1 was a stupid move on his part. Don’t know on number 2. I think number 3 may be taken out of context. I believe he was saying that the majority in congress should strive to gain consensus among the American people before making major changes that will suddenly impact us all, ie, the founding principle of government deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Something Obama, Reid, Pelosi failed miserably to take into consideration when ramming their socialist agenda through against the will of the people, simply because they held the majority. Ignore the people at your own peril.

Rebellion is brewing!!

No, I am not part of an actual group. I just share the goals - smaller government, less spending. I went to the first protest in my city.

Personally I don’t give a damn what the media says except to distrust their motives and most of what they say.

Our Tea Party Group is behind Newt all the way here in Florida. He is capable of tearing apart Obama and his cronies.
AND HE WILL!

Newt’s a big government RINO.

Newt is not a RINO. The acronym means Republican In Name Only. Newt is a Reagan Republican. RINOs are people who do not reliably support the Republican Party but masquerade as Republicans for advantage (Bloomberg comes to mind).

In addition to his intellect and experience, Newt`s fearlessness is refreshing and inspiring. For the first time since Reagan, the Repubs will have a standardbearer who`s not only ready and able, but demonstrably quite willing to tear the flesh off these detestable, lying libs.

He`ll have my vote.

AT `EM, NEWT!!!

Newt on gun control:

Sorry, but he does not represent the majority of Constitutional, Bill of Rights, FReedom-loving Republican-Americans.

I understand. When Perry announced I anticipated a really good campaign....but it just didn’t turn out that way. My husband and I also very much liked Mr. Cain....until he began to be a bit fuzzy answering some questions. That *fuzziness* progressed to our estimation of him being a good man...but lacking some critical background.

We had doubts about Speaker Gingrich. However, we LOVE how he handles the tough questions and he has excellent background. We know he has weaknesses (what human being doesn’t?) but we think a solid Republican House and Senate will add to the overall wisdom. One more thing...if we have a Republican sweep. Gingrich understands that we need to USE that to accomplish our goals.....instead of constantly bending to what the Democrats want. The Democrat party is now full of radicals and some very ignorant people. The most radical seem to be their leaders.

We also think that Speaker Gingrich “has shown the greatest talent for explaining conservative principles in a way that leaves the libs speechless!”

;-)

WE ALL need to pray and work hard for this election!!!!!

You must overlook a lot of stuff to think Gingrich is anything more than a RINO—and a demrat controlled one at that. For example:

1. Nancy Pelosi was not kidding when she said she had a boatload of Gingrich dirt she was holding to release at the right time.

2. Newty really did not go knee to knee with Pelosi on a love seat in a global warming ad.

3. Newty’s explanation for #2 above was “inexplicable”.

4. Newty really does believe that most illegals who’ve been here a long time are law abiding. Ah, how’s that possible?

5. Newtybots love to exclaim how bright the man is—that he can defend all sides of an issue. But what does he really believe?

6. Newty is a serial philanderer. We know he did it twice. Hard for me to believe there are not more bimbos in the wings. Do think that will make him more or less trustworty as president?

SumProVita—you may think your a Tea Partier, but you’re not. You seem too willing to compromise on principle.

“SumProVita—you may think your a Tea Partier, but you’re not.”

Because you say so? ......

Look, dools, you probably mean well, but you need to get ALL the information on what Speaker Gingrich has done, what he regrets and has repented to God for. We REALIZE that he’s not perfect. There is NO perfect candidate. Right now, it’s between Romney and Newt....and I’m taking Newt.

I’m a realist and I wish to focus on getting rid of Obama. I consider Obama the most dangerous threat we have here in the U.S. He has already greatly damaged this wonderful nation. I believe that Gingrich will more significantly restore the damaged areas than will Romney. A Republican House and Senate will also help to ensure that.

If you wish to ignore that and continue your search for perfection...feel free.

And a third party/Ron Paul spam monkey chimes in with his displeasure over our Republican nomination process. Admittedly, this was a stupid move.

Am I suppose to be happy about "your" nomination process that produces candidates like John McCain, Bob Dole, George W. Bush and Newt Gingrich. If that's the best the GOP can come up than "your" nomination process sucks.

I don't want a third party, I want a second party.

I don't know who I'm going to vote for but I am definitely not going to vote for a man that is pro-Amnesty or a man that promotes books that call for the end of the US Constitution and national sovereignty as a blueprint for the future.

When so called adults compare John McCain and Newt Gingrich - it’s not wonder we flush their opinions down the toilet.

You mean that John McCain and Newt Gingrich are not both long time D.C. Insiders that run as conservatives but govern as big government loving, pro-Amnesty, Globalist RINOs involved in shady personal and political scandals?
