A California woman who won't face felony charges for pepper spraying Black Friday Walmart shoppers is considering a lawsuit claiming that the national retailer didn't provide enough security for the post-Thanksgiving shopping spree.
Elizabeth Macias, 32, said she fired the stinging spray after shoppers attacked her two teenage children as they tried to obtain X-Box video game consoles for purchase, attorney Michael Champ, Macias' lawyer, told CBS News' Los Angeles station KCBS Friday

Must be an Obama voter.
Wouldn’t what she did be considered assault?
You would think, but remember - we’re talking California here.

A California woman who won't face felony charges for pepper spraying Black Friday Walmart shoppers...Next year, thanks to this beeotch, her feral children, and a California courthouse, everyone will be much more heavily armed on Black Friday.
The retailers are at fault for these type of conflicts.
If they are going to advertise a product they should have sufficient quantities in stock or provide rain checks, problem solved.
She rushed in like all the rest.
Otherwise she would be looking in the window.
If her kids really were being attacked I see no reason not to defend them. I would pepper spray people that were physically attacking me for something I took off a shelf.
At the same time, if I had kids, I would not take them to Black Friday’s at a Wal-Mart because that’s just putting them in harm’s way. You don’t un-necessarily, knowingly put yourself in danger. This is unnecessary.
When considering a trip to Walmart, the issue isn’t what’s on your list, but rather which sidearm is appropriate for that particular outing.

A Cherokee elder was teaching his children about life.
"A fight is going on inside me," he said to them.
"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego."
He continued, "The other is good he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you and inside every other person, too."
The grandchildren thought about it and after a minute one of them asked, "Which wolf will win?"
The elder simply replied, The one you feed.
Guess what our society is raising?
does walmart make enough on that one day to justify all this ?
How many years will they have to witness people behaving like animals before they put a stop to it?
When the story first broke there were witnesses who said they overheard her in line waiting for the store to open bragging about being armed with pepper spray.
Street sweeper.
Good lord, she procreated?
Another generation like her is on the loose.
I really, really like that story, Brityank. Thanks!
That is brilliant!
But I do like it and the future it portends. Pass it around. :^)
That’s just not right (her saying that, I mean). Nobody who’s carrying items for self-defense and is serious, goes about bragging about it.
