The speaker acts like a gentleman compared to
despicable Moot Romney’s backstabbing team.

Newt finally is in the lead and declares he might select Romney for VP. Unbelievable.

Is he so stupid that he cannot see that would cost him a lot of votes?

Classic Gingrich. Three steps forward, two steps back.

It maybe political life insurance to ward off a dagger in the back though. Deal killer for me though. ANY ticket with Romney on it is a deal killer.

Gingrich/Romney—That will certainly fire up the conservatives in this country—as did Dewey/Warren, Nixon/Lodge and Ford/Dole.

Newt Gingrich tells CNN's Wolf Blitzer he would consider Mitt Romney to be a potential running mate

Newt has officially stepped in political doo doo. It's hard not to see that both democrats and RINO pubbies want Mittens on the ballot, one way or the other.

What’s the fuss about, of course he has to say that. Romney has about 30% of the Republicans supporting him and he has to at least say he will *consider* him or he’ll alienate those voters. “Consider” does not mean anything.

Am I ever “surprised.”

President Nanny-State-Newt, and Willy-Rom-Rom-RINO.

“Wow,” the perfect ticket to abolish absolutely NOTHING in Obamanation!

BTW, maybe now Sub-Prime Barney will stay on to help these newly-minted “conservatives?”

RE :"Newt Gingrich tells CNN's Wolf Blitzer he would consider Mitt Romney to be a potential running mate (VIDEO). ...... To praise Romney as “competent” and “serious” might be true as far as it goes — but it also reminds voters that, in some ways, Romney and Gingrich are very much alike. They’re both ambitious, intelligent and susceptible to switching positions."

Actually Newt reminds me a little of Trump who he will be on TV with December 27. That should be a love-in.

I can’t believe all the dumb a$$ posts in this thread. One more time. CNN is trying to start a war between Mitt and Newt. Newt did not take the bait and instead praised Mitt which completely goofed up what CNN was trying to do. He is not going to have Mitt as VP. Pure and simple. People please show some intelligence.
