As will I. He is not perfect but he did boost the economy in the nineties with the help of the Reagan era. I will hold my nose for Newt and hope for the best. It all depends on who he surrounds himself with.
you say: “It all depends on who he surrounds himself with.
How’s this for starters?

Gingrich wouldn’t install Establishment Ivy League-ers as Reagan was pretty much forced into - starting with papa Bush - for all positions. He also couldn’t fulfill one of his key campaign promises: dismantle the dept of Ed.
Even as hamstrung as he was, he managed to accomplish so much.
If Newt can by-pass those pressures (and I think he can as he has built strong ties and knows all the players and ins & outs in DC) and appoint HIS choices, and I think he can/will, 8 yrs of Newt/West and then 8 years of West/Palin? (9 yrs from now, Palins kids will be grown ) and then 8 yrs of Palin/? - We could have 24 yrs of the WH - that would sink the Socialists into a 100 year oblivion
