Herman Cain is expected to make a "major announcement" today, anytime between 11am and 1pm EST in Atlanta. The media is assuming he will quit the race. Politico is positively glowing with anticipation of this. Will he fold, or FIGHT? He is also opening a new Atlanta HQ. Twitter reports that people are jamming in early to show their support.
We simply don't know what will happen, or when it will happen. What are your thoughts? Do you think he should quit? Or do you think Cain should stay in the race and deny the State-Run Media yet another GOP scalp on a platter - for unproven allegations -while they allow a vile rapist like Clinton, or commie cokehead like Obama breeze through unscathed?

If he suspends his GOP campaign, and then announce he's running as an independent candidate.
I guess he could take himself out of the running for the GOP nomination, but otherwise behave during the primary season as an "early" independent candidate.

Suspending means keep things going on paper until it can be demonstrated the bills will be paid before they pull the plug entirely.

I hope Cain can support one of the other candidates and campaigns with him. Herman has actually accomplished a lot in a few short months. He should be proud.
If he stopped his campaign, he couldn’t gather anymore money to pay campaign debt. If he suspends, he can continue to gather money to pay debt. That’s why he is suspending.
