I do know in terms of "counter-battery" fire there is a shortage of Cruise Missiles. Especially after essentially flattening every computer in Libya. In fact we (USA) had to supply Brits with our Cruise Missiles early on.

I played Fleet Command, a Naval game. You have only one chance to bring down the Russkie missiles. They always went after my carriers first. I would get the attacking bomber but then all my birds had to ditch because their flattop is usually in flames. It’s just a game but they use the parameters from all the latest weaponry.
