11:40 PM. Very sad. The lack of ethics on both sides (protestors and city leaders) has allowed crowed to grow in downtown LA on a Tuesday night. This should have been prevented by strong, ethical leaders.

My thought exactly. Allowing a small crowd to grow and scatter is stupid.
I just saw pictures of protesters in trees. Strategic mess in my opinion.
