Like one of his earlier accusers, the latest woman to accuse Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual misconduct has a history of financial trouble, with a threat of eviction for non-payment of rent just two weeks ago.
Ginger White, who claimed in an interview with Atlanta Fox News affiliate WAGA to have had a 13-year-affair with Cain, has liens and civil judgments in Kentucky and Georgia dating back to 1994.
Eleven of those liens have been filed since 2009, with nine in 2011. The owners of her apartment complex in Dunwoody, Georgia have sued her for non-payment of rent nearly every month since the beginning of the year.
White, a 46-year-old unemployed single mother who is at least twice divorced, was described by WAGA as an Atlanta-area businesswoman. While living in Louisville, Kentucky, she worked at Recruitment Plus, LLC. According to WAGA, she filed a sex harassment claim against an employer ten years ago, and the case was settled. The station also found a bankruptcy filing from the late 1980s.
In January, there is a scheduled court date in an unrelated civil suit filed against her by a former business partner, Kimberly Vay, who alleges that White stalked and harassed her and had sought a protective order. A judge has entered a default judgment in Vay's favor. [snip]

I’m not in Connecticutt. The CT stands for something else that is more a historical artifact at this point, but which I can’t really get rid of. I never thought about it being a state abbreviation until people started suggesting I was living there. I did grow up in Stamford for a portion of my childhood though.
Correct: if I permitted a relationship with an unstable woman to continue for 13 years, I should not be surprised if it escalates to the level where she would harrass me.
You criticize others for making assumptions about Cain, but you make your own assumptions without knowing the facts. The fact is that we do not know who initiated the reported 4:30AM call.
As I explained in my post, either way it is cause for suspicion - whether he called her or she called him.
You’re the one sounding foolish.
In your density you totally missed my point.
There are reported to be 61 texts or calls. You have ZERO idea how many were initiated (or welcomed) by Cain. So your argument that calls or texts are no different from each other is irrelevant and stupid.
Should I type slower for ya?
A woman who has been asked in the past to stop harassing someone with calls and texts is claiming there are 61 calls or texts with Cain’s #.
Figured it out yet? Or better yet wait for facts.
I prefer a GOP liberal who is a bona fide citizen to a RAT liberal who has hidden the truth about his background and who is incompetent and who hates the US, apologizing all over the world. I prefer a conservative, but given Romney vs the Bamster, I’d choose Romney every time. Gritting my teeth. Swearing.
Hmmmmmm, - - - . She is unemployed, in financial trouble, - - - maybe someone should look at her recent changes in her bank account and spending patterns. Just saying - - - .
George Soros to the rescue.
But let it be very clear, I view Romney as a RINO and he is pretty much my last choice. I fear the fix is in.
My husband is sending our fourth donation now. We are with Mr. Cain all the way. Boy are the Washington elites upset. We are praying for him daily. Also the RINOS are coming out of the closets.
Seems to be the M O with Cain's accusers. That, and being litigious.

which campaign do you support/work for cause your fat little digits have been typing fast and furious re: your serious problem/fascination with Herman Cain....look at all of your RECENT post AGAINST Herman Cain.
Either you work for one of the other candidates or have a serious (DSM 4R)mental problem
with Cain.

PATHETIC.
FWIW, I had Stage 4 colon cancer 2 years ago, had a colon re-section and chemo for the better part of a year.
I had an incision that extended from my sternum thru my navel. I can guarantee the last thing on my mind was sex.
Food tasted like metal and the after effects of the chemo meant that I couldn’t drink anything colder than tap water or else my throat would constrict.
Needless to say, my wife didn’t see too many fancy restaurants during that time.
I reserve judgement on the truth of the accuser, but I find it interesting that she said they stayed at the Ritz in Buckhead during the time Cain was a well-known Atlanta radio personality and former candidate for Senate from Georgia. I would have thought someone would have provided that information to his opponent during his Senate run. Especially if the physical relationship lasted as long as she claims.

Well, that’s fortunate for you-— I’m sure you’re better served wherever you reside.
“That Soros Cash sure goes a long way.”
It would sure be interesting to find out who is actually dredging up these women. Maybe one can be bought to turn double agent and expose the culprit.
Are you willing to examine the evidence? For starters, what does this statement issued by Cain's lawyers today sound like to you - equivocation? "Cain issued a statement flatly denying the affair. His attorney, however, issued a statement which included no such denial, and suggested that the media had no business looking into what he called 'consensual conduct' between two adults."

Here's some more news copy: "(the) statement provided to CBS News from Cain attorney Lin Wood did not go so far as to deny an affair. Wood's statement said White's accusations of a consensual affair between two adults was not a legitimate news story. "This is not an accusation of harassment in the workplace - this is not an accusation of an assault - which are subject matters of legitimate inquiry to a political candidate," Wood said in the statement. "He has no obligation to discuss these types of accusations publicly with the media and he will not do so even if his principled position is viewed unfavorably by members of the media."
Sounds like classic lawyer-ese to me - a carefully-worded statement by a lawyer who knew that Cain indeed had something to hide about the relationship.
Also, you asserted: "There are reported to be 61 texts or calls. You have ZERO idea how many were initiated (or welcomed) by Cain."
Unfortunately you are mistaken regarding the cell phone records:
"According to FOX 5, White showed reporters from the network cell phone bills that showed 61 calls or text messages - including in the early-morning and evening hours - from what she said was Cain's private cell phone number."
The 61 calls/texts were FROM Cain's private cell phone number, a fact confirmed by reporters who checked it. (Also, as you know, it is a simple matter to tell which calls are "to": and "from" on phone records.)
Yeah, I agree. Cain needs to establish that somebody paid her to smear his good name.
The Democrats are very afraid of Cain, as he is the ONLY Candidate who has the intellect, experience and brass ones to dismantle THE FEDERAL ENTITLEMENT PLANTATION.
The level of their vitriol is a direct measure of the Democrats fear of Cain.
BTW, 60 % of Federal spending is for THE FEDERAL ENTITLEMENT PLANTATION, and last year the Feds overspent on all Federal spending by 56 %. In Cain’s mind that is cause and effect!
