Like one of his earlier accusers, the latest woman to accuse Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual misconduct has a history of financial trouble, with a threat of eviction for non-payment of rent just two weeks ago.
Ginger White, who claimed in an interview with Atlanta Fox News affiliate WAGA to have had a 13-year-affair with Cain, has liens and civil judgments in Kentucky and Georgia dating back to 1994.
Eleven of those liens have been filed since 2009, with nine in 2011. The owners of her apartment complex in Dunwoody, Georgia have sued her for non-payment of rent nearly every month since the beginning of the year.
White, a 46-year-old unemployed single mother who is at least twice divorced, was described by WAGA as an Atlanta-area businesswoman. While living in Louisville, Kentucky, she worked at Recruitment Plus, LLC. According to WAGA, she filed a sex harassment claim against an employer ten years ago, and the case was settled. The station also found a bankruptcy filing from the late 1980s.
In January, there is a scheduled court date in an unrelated civil suit filed against her by a former business partner, Kimberly Vay, who alleges that White stalked and harassed her and had sought a protective order. A judge has entered a default judgment in Vay's favor. [snip]

Indiana, I watched the video- because the written reports were ambiguous. Wolf asked him specifically if there was sex- Cain say “no!”. Then, was there an affair? “No!” I’m certain of that, but the video is online—whatever Wolf’s show is “Late Edition?”

I was looking at one of the other threads, and I realized it’s basically just 2 or 3 guys making the vast majority of anti-Cain posts. And they just repeat themselves, over and over and over again.
Very sad indeed that Newt gets a pass on his actual adultery and sexual romps with interns over the years.

I am in big trouble now! I have given presents to many friends, mainly at work, both male and female. My wife and I have our own amount of discretionary spending money. I never question her spending and she never questions mine. Because we both know we never overspend.
It is ironic that the infidelity for which Cain is being defamed would not have any effect if Obama were accused of the same charges. Zer0 would be seen as a sexy man with the extramarital affairs as part of the package. His image would go higher with the Democrats.
No, Cain’s infidelity is directed at the Cain supporters who do have concern about his moral behavior. They will have to decide to throw off their concerns as the sacrifice needed to bring about the defeat of Zer0 and win back the White House and, on his coat tails, the Senate.

Cain has already said he has known this woman for many years as a friend. Is it ABnormal to have a friend’s number on your cell phone? Are you implying only numbers you can have on your cell phone must be of the same gender as you? I thought Victorian era was long over.
You really need to keep up with the blogs before you jump to conclusions. I was referring to others on this site calling the woman a low life. Asked them why Cain would give his personal cell number to her? befriend her for 13 yrs? as others are calling her everything but ho. Cain talks about surrounding himself politically with smart and savvy advisors...however, a man is known by the company he keeps and IF evidence is on her phone or comes out..Cain is done.
I’m thinking she was a charity case who tried to latch on to him, and later decided she could cash in in a better way. If she’s really had an affair for 13 years, there ought to be some kind of evidence. Records of text messages or calls is meaningless. Give me the CONTENT of those messages, a juicy voicemail, a stained dress... Then we’ll talk. Until then, it’s up to the enemy to prove the crime, not for the other person to prove their innocence.
Let’s see what else comes out on this and I will answer your question. Why would he select such a friend? after all he is supposed to be a brilliant man? I am careful about who I give my cell number out to but on the other hand the Cain folks are saying this woman is a known lowlife with a proven history as such...which is it? he has friends in low places where the whiskey flows and the music chases the blues away....
