No, the lawyer had to equivocate. He cannot lie or indeed he COULD be disbarred. He has to be slippery to not get himself in trouble.
Yep...and that because she was apparently a "friend". But it does make you want to go hummmmm when he was also finacially "helping" her out...and it appears his wife wasn't aware until Cain learned it would come out recently.
This is not the same as a woman claiming an assult...this ..if true ...is a long term affair and that unknown to his wife...even if "just friends".
