Two weeks after a mysterious explosion at an Iranian missile base, a Washington-based research group has released a satellite image showing extensive damage to the site.
The image of the compound, near the city of Malard, doesnt provide any clues as to what caused the Nov. 12 explosion, which Iranian authorities described as an accident involving the transport of ammunition. But it does make clear that the facility has been effectively destroyed.

We were just testing out our new missile that can land anywhere on earth in less than an hour.
Nope. Looks pretty pinpoint to me.
Do I see a flattened pickup truck in the middle of the carnage?
I see burst patterns but no craters within the outlines of the two destroyed buildings.
Wonder how that happened? Hmm. Kinda makes ya think, don’t it? Kind of a puzzle. A brain-teaser.
I’m guessing the Mullahs are doin’ some investigatin’ these days.
Maybe it was one of those gremlins from the Bugs Bunny cartoon.
So, this is unrelated to the ‘huge explosions’ reported in Iran today? The ‘after’ image is dated Nov 22.
Anyone have the exact location?
I found a nuke facility about 5 miles from the center of Malard.
35.730892° 51.005285°
Looks like it got bombed by something.
Maybe a missile. If the Iranians identified it as such I think they would not admit it because it would require them to go to war way before they are ready or lose a lot of “face” which is an extremely important consideration for them.
If Israel is behind the explosions, which is a safe bet, it means Israeli agents are operating undetected under the noses of the Iranians, which is a credible scenario.
One of the two buildings listed as destroyed is where the initial blast occurred, the second building exploded sympathetically. The blast damage radiates out from those two buildings.
Paging Patrick McClanahan. Pick up the white courtesy phone.
I think the simplest answer is really that they cut the red wire, when they should have cut the blue wire.

good
I have hunch that it was something much more mundane, though probably as difficult to track down.
Ya know God said this would happen.
Looks like another work related asskident
Another indicator of scale is in the upper right hand portion of the complex there appears to be a soccer field. That was a big explosion.
I dont see any crater, a fuel air bomb?
according to my better half, if it’s the same magnitude of explosion (richter scale?) as seen in the early stages of N Korea and also Iran, it’s likely testing/processing, underground type, that destroyed the buildings - photos could be compared to historical of named countries
repeatedly exploding plutonium to compress matter into denser package - turning a railcar into a cargo container into an automobile into a basketball into a golfball so-to-speak - this looks like an ooopsie. jmo
I was wondering and will be interested to read the replies.
