This will make no difference: his successor I would strongly suspect will vote exactly as Barney would.

Excellent news, but why is he leaving? Are the investigators closing in? Why would that matter to a Democrat, unless he thinks he might end up in jail?

“his successor I would strongly suspect will vote exactly as Barney would.”
And will probably be a transvestite!

Frank has thrown his support for his successor to Celesto Rodriguez, an illegal alien, who Franks says would represent the concerns of the 20-30 million illegal aliens about to become citizens under President Obama or President Gingrich’s executive order.

I’d say ‘don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out’ but he probably will.

If the demonrats nominate a known illegal alien, couldn’t they be charged as an ongoing criminal enterprise under the RICO statutes?

This man ought to be under criminal investigation for helping to cause the financial crisis that destroyed the real estate market and fostered the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. The Community Reinvestment Act, Freddie MAC, Fannie Mae, his fingerprints were all over it.
Conflicts of interest galore. He was a leftist fringe crook.
