Well...whatever you think of Newt, he is the only guy running who is and continues to call out Obama on his perceived superior intellect by mocking him and his need for TOTUS
If you listen to what he said in the video he wants to debate Obama without a moderator and only a timer like the Lincoln Douglas debates of lore
Obama would never agree to such a set up.....he needs the sycophantic media to CVA him in that type of a debate
I think Obama would agree and it would be mnuch ado about nothing. The Cain / Newt “debate” turned out to be a love-fest.
I think Newt is making a mistake by bragging about his debating skills. He comes across as a blowhard and unnecessarily raises expectations. All Obama has to do to win is survive and all Newt has to do to blow it is make some little gaffe.
