The New Hampshire Union Leader's endorsement of former House Speaker Newt Gingrich could not have come at a better time for the former Georgia Republican Congressman, as he is getting kisses of death from places GOP primary voters are not necessarily fond of.
Senator Chuck Schumer, New York Democrat, knows very well that any kind of support from him towards a Republican candidate could deep six that GOP'er in as fast as New York minute. Sen. Schumer was asked by Meet the Press's David Gregory on Sunday about former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich's recent ascent to the top of the Republican presidential primary pack.
Mr. Schumer seized upon Gingrich's thoughts on how to solve the nation's illegal immigration problem.
(10:12 in from video above) "Hes clearly a smart guy, and look I give him some credit for not just blowing with the winds on an issue like immigration. That showed real courage and I think people are looking for courage and leadership," said Senator Schumer.

WTF ?!? I think I more than burnished my credentials fighting that Socialist scumbag Slick Willard more than anyone else on FR.
Any that know Clintoon or Schumer will only allow them to plant kisses on their asses..
That was then. This is now. Bubba has forgiven Gingrich. Why? The latter “grew up,” moderated and moved leftwards to get accepted by the Democrats. It seems to have worked. Like I said, he’s Mitt Romney’s twin with a bad haircut.
Then get off the burn down Newt cabin. You need to see the politics in front of you and be rational.
No, go away Chuckie and Bubba! Get out of our business and go back to trying raise taxes on the "millionaires and billionaires".
The media and the Obama campaign (Axelrod) are controlling the GOP nomination like a puppet master.
They feared Cain knowing he could crush Barry, so they brought out that biggest hag in the history of lawyers to bring another hag to falsely accuse Cain of sexual assault.
I blame Cain's handlers for not suing Allred and the bimbo accuser who was laughing during the interviews and had the audacity to say, "Well, like umm, like I had to like ask my like 13 year old son... And well umm he was like yeah, you should like totally like, do something about this... yeah like yeah umm...."
Stick with Cain!!!

The media understands how stupid our public has become. Cain is the anti-totalitarian. He must be defeated at all cost.

You missed my tagline. I’m for Cain and have been since Palin made her intentions known. More of the same politicians as usual will not get the job done to beat Zero. Cain is not a politician. Long time for a successful businessman from the private sector to have a go.
