Two problems I see; 1) The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits US Military from civil arrest/confining within the US, and 2) The US Military has no jurisdiction for civil arrest outside the US. This is wrong no matter how you look at it.

It’s wrong since they are voting next week and this is the first time I’ve heard about it. How about a little debate? How about the republican candidates weigh in on it?

A third problem is that the government refuses to be constrained by any law restricting its power. So what the Bill of Rights, or the Posse Comitatus act says, is wholly irrelevant.

Whatever restrictions exist because of current law, can be overturned in a moment by the passage of a different law.

Since when has current law constrained the regime?

And yes, I wholly understand that the answer to that question, becomes the start of a revolution and either the fall of the nation or the restoration of Constitutional government.

Hey Traveler59,
The Posse Comitatus Act was essentially voided last year by congress and obozo.
Check in to it and you will see!!!

"This is wrong no matter how you look at it. "

What part of the last few decades has indicated to you that that comment has any bearing on how our rulers behave?
