Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the sheriff of Maricopa County, Ariz., who calls himself Americas Toughest Sheriff, will endorse Texas Gov. Rick Perry next week, a source with knowledge of the endorsement told ABC News.
Arpaio espouses a hard-line stance on illegal immigration, leading raids to round up and jail illegal immigrants, and was a major proponent of the controversial Arizona immigration law. Perry has spoken with Arpaio several times over the phone since entering the presidential race.
Arpaio, a much sought after endorsement in the GOP field, plans to campaign with Perry in New Hampshire next week, the source said. The Texas governor will be in the Granite State Tuesday and Wednesday, holding three town halls and a breakfast at the Nashua Chamber of Commerce along with speaking at the New Hampshire State House...

I think I'll wait and see.
Hey, Joe is campaigning with Rick Perry on Tuesday in NH!!! That is confirmed...
Well...there goes my opinion of Sherriff Joe....down the toilet
I keep telling them, if they would spend half the time campaigning for their candidate as they do spamming the keywords people might forget their candidate can't handle stuff swirling around in his head.
Why are you bringing Cain up in this discussion?
I guess you forgot “oops” already? Selective amnesia seems to be a common trait among Perrywinkles...
Cain would have no problem with all the nuclear codes:
999.
“Oh my! Does this make Sheriff Joe an illegal lover as well?”
Illegal lover, no. Another gullible Perry supporter, yes. But I’m pretty sure Sheriff Joe would regret his mistake when Perry grants full amnesty should he win.
That will help Perry.
I find it odd. I lived in Chandler in the 90’s and the sweeps were quite deportational.
Haters gonna hate and I bet they hate this news.
This is awesome news!
Full length Rick Perry speech video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21z30aNO3cA
Listen to it and then tell me what Rick says is wrong?
So Sheriff Joe is now gullible? lol
OMG....what a horrible dye job.....hahah
I can certainly accept that. Perry remains third on my list, but for me, Cain is the same as Romney. Both are wishy-washy politicians who will not delve into the meaning of their talking points.
I really dislike the way the Cain supporters are playing scorched-earth with anyone and everyone who dares to oppose their candidate or support someone else.
It is the main reason I have been absent so much recently.
Boy isn’t that the truth! Poor things, I guess being keyword spam monkeys are all they have though.
So have most of us Perry supporters. Who needs to hang out when the doctors are no longer in charge of the asylum.
