Let’s see, the Governor has a problem with the rules of his State? More proof the Liberals care nothing about fixing problems because without them there wold be nothing to run a political campaign on. I suppose they will just accept natural attrition as the means to carry out the sentences of murders. Or worse, let them go back into society because of prison overcrowding.
I’m not at all familiar with Oregon law, but it’s likely that a governor has the power under the law to cancel an execution.
