I know a lot more about Newt than that. He would be a disaster as President. He was practically kicked out as Speaker.
To be fair, Newt thought that the contract with America should be honored. His colleagues wanted to turn democratic pork into republican pork. The RINOs won and we are bankrupt, but that isn't Newt's fault.
