Rick Santorum ^

I took this quiz, and I was 92% in favor of Rick Santorum for president, which surprised me. It's a short, twenty question quiz.
My question, we're going through all the candidates, will we give Santorum his day in the sun?

I like him too, but, we’re facing dire straights. Like Levin said, I’ll vote for an orange juice can before Obama. I’m just getting opinions, this thread has been helpful. Santorum could win, he has issues like all the rest, but he’s better than others out there. We can’t ignore him. Would he be worse than Obama?

It’s been puzzling for me as well. There are a lot of establishment “conservatives” posting on this site.

90% Newt for me; interesting

Right now, he is positioning himself to be the running mate of Mitt Romney
NOT from what I've seen - in fact his attack on Mitt/Romneycare is what got my attention. Then MB stepped in to save the day for Mitt.

NOT from what I've seen - in fact his attack on Mitt/Romneycare is what got my attention. Then MB stepped in to save the day for Mitt.He has no chance of winning the nomination and the only reason he is in the game is to raise his profile and be the running mate. That is how the establishment RINOs work. His attacks mean nothing. They will sing the line that we must put the hostilities behind us and it is now the time to unite. The establishment always wants one leftist and one alleged conservative on the ticket.

Everyone has their opinion. I know he is the ONLY one who attacked Mitt on Romneycare and his book.

Everyone has their opinion. I know he is the ONLY one who attacked Mitt on Romneycare and his book. Not enough to make the cut. His past record shows that he is a RINO. A question for you. What if a RINO gets the nomination and he is the running mate? Will you support the ticket?

Did you notice this for Santorum and Bachmann?
The St. Petersburg Times' Politifact researched and rated the truthfulness of this politician's statements. On average, the Truth-O-Meter determined that his statements are "Mostly False". While it says this for Obama; The St. Petersburg Times' Politifact researched and rated the truthfulness of this politician's statements. I got 93% with Santorum on the quiz. But...Myth and Newt were tied for second at 82%. That quiz was poor.

Its funny. I take a conservative view on everything but supporting fair trade and medical marijuana and I’m listed as supporting Romney!
I don’t get it and Romney comes nowhere near my view of the world!

Its a liberal rag with a rigged poll.
No wonder its poll shows I support Romney when in fact the opposite is true!
The sleaziest thing I’ve seen in my life!

SARAH raised the bar high - where it should be - and none of them have reached it.
I'll make 'my' decision when the time comes. I don't spend my time discussing 'what if's'.
His past record shows that he is a RINO
Like I said - everyone has an opinion and you aren't any different.

LOL!! How clueless do these rags think we are?
Actually, they aren’t in the ‘thinking’ business but the ‘brainwashing’ business.

Santorum as always been a favorite of mine. It was terrible when the dem voters of PA picked Casey over him.
However, he had NO position on the Supreme Court, and that is the SINGLE MOST important issue of this election.
All candidates have been ignoring it even though it IS our country... and anyone of them can beat Obama on this issue. After all, he already appointed 2 screaming liberal justices.
2 to 4 more will be appointed during the term of the next president. Does anyone think Obama will appoint any different than he has SAID and SHOWN he will if given another chance?
It is an easy sell for the next conservative candidate. Nearly 80 of them should push this issue. After all, we will NOT survive as a republic if Obama finishes his slate of appointments.
This IS the single issue that seriously should be dealt with by our candidates. It is the single issue that the majority of voters will side with conservatives on.
Read my tag line. We will never get another chance if Obama is voted in again. So vote SCOTUS!
Oh, and I was 100% of the same thought as Santorum according to this quiz!

Yes, there was a debate on religion, life, values, etc. With every candidate except mitt and huntsman. It was excellent, touching, revealing. It’s archived for viewing, and there is a link on the thread about it. I recommend watching it.

But did you take the quiz just to make sure? Ron Paul scored first on my quiz, at 84%. Santorum was 3rd, behind Newt. Weird quiz.

Yeah, “true conservative” Pat Toomey, who came out (no pun intended) in support of the sodomization of the US military through the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”. He also is one of the RINO signers of the Democrat-drafted letter to the “Super Committee” urging them to keep “revenue increases” on the table.
I prefer Rick Santorum to Pat Toomey, that’s for sure.

I'm with you.
