He has sort of a side arm slinging motion in his passing. Just a bit. A good QB coach can do some video taping sessions and work on his arm motion and follow through and improve his passing. Of that I'm certain. Just like running wind sprints will improve stamina. John Elway oughta step up and work with him.
If a good throwing motion was the only prerequisite to being a good NFL quarterback, Ryan Leaf would be in the Hall of Fame.
