OKLAHOMA CITY In the 2008 presidential election, Oklahoma was the only state in the nation where every single county voted for the Republican candidate 77 in all.
And now, wanting to make sure that the reddest state in America had a straw poll of its own, to quote Oklahoma Republican Party Chairman Matt Pinnell, the states inaugural Presidential Straw Poll will be conducted online, starting Monday, Nov. 21, 2011 and concluding on Monday, Dec. 5, 2011.
Said Pinnell: Many states hold presidential straw polls every four years creating national publicity and financial support for their respective state. We thought it was time the reddest state in America had a straw poll of its own. Nothing could be a more accurate barometer of Republican primary voters than to poll those in the most conservative state in the country.
And for a $5 contribution to the OK GOP, voters will be able to cast a vote for their preferred presidential candidate, noted Pinnell.
The website notes that the $5 contribution helps to defray the costs of running the straw poll and the Oklahoma Republican Party believes the cost will limit the straw poll to committed Republicans who are legally qualified to vote.

Be careful.
In a rookie piece of interface design, they made the “Notify Me” button on the registration page more prominent than the field in which you place your email address. As a result, people may click the Notify Me button before entering their email. If they do that, it will take you to the second page and a notice “Notification Email Added Successfully!” will show up, even if you haven’t keyed in your email.
I think Perry and Paul will win. Then Newt. Romney and Huntsman won’t get 5%.
That would make Wyoming, the state of my birth, the most American state in the nation. Notwithstanding rich ski resort owning hippies and National Park employees which dominate Teton County and employees of academia which gave Obama a small win margin in Albany County, home of the state's only major university.
Online?
Yeah that’s a good idea?
I’m in the Tulsa area. Tulsa has been infected with faggots and liberals and it’s hard to believe Tulsa county voted Republican.

E-yup, and just Sit back and watch the folks right here screaming ‘Paultard’ and “Liberals and Libertarians are one and the same” bounce their disbelieving jaws off their keyboards yet again.
End the Fed Reserve, and most of the “Real Problems” the Serious Types are so upset over simply go away because the blank checks used to Buy those Federal Interferences won’t exist anymore.
