A hearing is scheduled in front of the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission on Friday to hear a complaint filed by Orly Taitz, with the apparent support of two state lawmakers, that raises allegations of fraudulent documents and fraudulent Social Security Number use on the part of Barack Obama.
The hearing is scheduled Friday at 2 p.m. in Room 307 of the New Hampshire Legislative Office Building and Taitz is encouraging the public to be present.
The state holds the first primary for presidential elections, and that is scheduled for Jan. 10, 2012.

They are all appointees, not sure who picks them. There is a ratio between the Governors office and the Senate presidents office.
And anyone can file a complaint for ballot access, even non NH residents. That is how Orly got a complaint in.
Someone should suggest the SOS call Brian Schatz and have the SOS ask Mr. Schatz directly - why did you not declare your own supposedly-native son a nbC? Is there something the other 49 states should know that you obviously know?
Hawaii refused to give their own native son that status. Pelosi had to do it for them.

But I'm not surprised that as a Birther, despite having no knowledge of the situation you have to interpret everything as being how you want it to be.
We pretty much expect that from Birthers.
That and when anything doesn't go like they want it to, it magically creates “standing” for them to now get what they want.
That means that you had no chance in the hearing from the get-go. But it did give Orly Taitz some more exposure. Her line about being a native of the Soviet Union, and comparing the tone of the proceedings to what would be the expected over there, was right to the point.
BTW, doesn't it sound strange to you that Biden was used as a delivery boy to transmit the Obama forms and the fee to the NH Asst. SOS (the corpulent lady who testified whom I presume is a 'Rat as well)?

The Constitution states that a person MUST be a natural born citizen, it does not say that a person CANNOT also be a natural born citizen of another nation. If such was the case, then by your standard, the original presidents (Washington, Adams, Jefferson, etc.) would not have been eligible for office.
Barack Obama Snr. from a common sense persepective also does not resemble BHO in facial features.
BHO is 6ft 1” tall, which is significantly taller than the midpoint of his mother's sex adjusted 5ft 5 [SAD’s height x 1.08] and Barack Obama Snr.’s 5ft 11.
Genetics is not the only factor in Human height, nutrition plays a role too, but it was noticible that BHO was the tallest of his group of half-brother relatives in a photograph taken in 1980’s Kenya.
To be brutally honest Obama’s famous bare chested beach photo's show very noticeable sun tan marks on his arms.
His overall skin tone is more what you would expect from a chocolate brown father and white northern European mother.
The Luo are an equatorial African tribe and are a dark skinned Negroid people.
BHO’s mentor was a CP USA Member called Frank Marshall Davis, a 6ft 1 Chocolate brown Negro man. He had a longer face than Obama Snr, and his eyes and mouth seem much closer to BHO’s when you mentally add SAD’s features to the mix.

I, like many others, suspect Frank Davis is Barack’s father. As for his height, it could be from his grandfather as well. Stanly Dunham appears to be rather tall, and Obama resembles him quite a bit facially. If he acquired his facial features, it seems reasonable to think that Grandfather Stanly’s traits ended up being dominant in Barry.
