If the GOP foists Romney on us, it will lead to the birth of a new political party.
You can take that to the bank. Three quarters of voters on the right do not want this snake oil salesman to be their president, and will be highly motivated to nominate their own candidate, should the GOP foist this liberal on us.
Just what was the point of the Tea Party rebellion, if we're just going to turn around and nominate an unrepentant big government liberal for president? In my view, the people are still in a state of rebellion, and will not support this establishment tool. They'll go completely 'rogue', if it comes to that.
I don’t know if it will lead to the creation of a new party but it could very well kill this one.
