Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain was asked a simple question by the editorial board of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel: "So you agreed with President Obama on Libya, or not?" The response, nearly five minutes long, is painful to watch:

Critique based on fact are fair game.
But these smears against Cain are based on “evidence” that’s taken out of context (e.g., a video backup of a for-print conversational interview) or outright lies (e.g., the accusations by sick women).

Wait a minute. I was willing to give all of this consideration. I like Cain, I like Newt and I could even go with Perry, but seriously, no President is a king who makes snap decisions without council. Please get Dick Cheney’s book and see how the White House is actually run in a crisis.
No President wakes up and says, “I think I’ll bomb Iran this morning.” and thinks it will be done at the snap of his fingers.
In Cain-land, ANY criticism of Cain (i.e. simply pointing out his actual statements in many cases) means you are a “RINO”. Any poll that shows Cain is a “tainted drive-by media poll” and/or “lamestream media manipulation”. Any time any Republican and/or conservative criticizes Cain, they are RINOs, “Beltway insiders” who are out-of-touch, and/or leftist progressive “Washington” Republicans. Anyone on FR or another blog who criticizes Cain is a “shill for another candidate” and/or a seminar poster from some left-wing blog.
Let’s hope Cain is telling the truth on everything. I know he made false allegations against Perry

I don’t want a candidate who engages in doublespeak either, especially about things like cap and trade, climate change, advising Fannie and Freddie, dissing Paul Ryan’s budget plan, calling the GOP’s Medicare plan radical, calling Sonia Sotomayor a racist... woops! I hope that doesn’t actually describe any current Republicrat running for the presidential nomination. (sarc of course)

Your missing the point on the Doublespeak, as in so jumbling your words, that no one knows what was said, but everyone clapping and saying, "OH Yeah, right, that was good"......what he say anyway?

You could substitute any candidates name (except Mitt) and write exactly the same statement, being correct on all counts.
Every one has cheerleaders and every one has dementors.

Have to read more on it again...I dont think anyone knew the extent of what happened at first. It was so fast and so shocking.I would bet their was confusion to some extent in the communications. Imagine IF they had really hit the pentagon big time and took the entire bldg down or if the plane that went down in PA had hit the White House

Cheney’s book is actually pretty good. The 9/11 information kept me on the edge of my seat!
How is wanting to know more facts as to who and how the opposition was going to govern an issue. Better the Devil you know then the one you don't. Libya could still erupt into a civil war.
Now if your looking for a snake oil salesman with a polished answer on everything well good new for you he is already sitting in the White house.
