NBC is to announce on Monday morning that it has hired Chelsea Clinton to become a full-time special correspondent for NBC News.Ramin Talaie/Bloomberg News
Chelsea Clinton will be a special correspondent for NBC News.
The appointment is immediate. Ms. Clinton will show up at the news division offices on Monday morning, said Steve Capus, president of NBC News, and will begin work on stories that NBC expects to use as part of its “Making a Difference” series, which runs on “NBC Nightly News.”
Ms. Clinton has been a national figure since her father won the presidency in 1992, but she has remained — first by her parents’ request and then by her own choice — largely out of the public eye.

Lots of women right now cutting their teeth in the local markets across the country would love to get a chance at the job, but sadly that won’t happen because NBC hired someone without any broadcast experience whatsoever for a position as an on-air reporter. NBC is not in the business of reporting the news, they’re in the business of activism. As an example, look at MSNBC, who hired Al Sharpton.

Last time I watched NBC was the MSNBC debate and they had a fat slob, an ugly lesbian, Al Sharpton and some psycho I've never heard of bashing the Republicans.
And the only show on NBC I watch is Biggest Loser and none of the slobs from MSNBC are on that, although I'd recommend it for that fat commentator on MSNBC, don't know his name but he really should lose weight.
