Since '47, nuclear weapons have been developed/manufactured/disposed of under civilian agencies, whether the Atomic Energy Commission or the Department of Energy.
And this live stream is horrible.

Graham says he is "proud" of the candidates because they are running for president. lol!

Of course they wait til it’s only online (& cutting in & out as well) for us to hear from DeMint. Not even letting DeMint, as the senior man, go before Grahamnesty.
To: Chuck54
The live computer feed is horrible. It keeps freezing up.

Sen. Graham asks about Obama's executive orders on Gitmo, civilian courts and enhanced interrogation techniques. Cain would reverse the three policies mentioned.
Santorum agrees.

Is it just me, or since the hour is the CBS stream cutting out every 2 seconds? This is unwatchable. :-(
It's crap, just crap. I'm hearing about 20% of what they are actually saying.

I am in WA state- we got cut off too.
The internet feed is very bad.
I bet the candidates - if they knew- would have cut off this debate at the one hour mark.
