"I’ll take (Gingrich). I’ll take Bachmann. I’ll take Cain. I’ll take Santorum. The rest are RINOs."

Same four I like best.

I've watched every debate and scored every response in each debate, A, B, C, D or F. I base my grade mostly on whether or not I agree with the answer, but I sometimes penalize if the answer isn't stated well or doesn't answer the question. (Sorry, Perry)

Converting that to a 4 point GPA, my current standings thru 11 debates are: Gingrich 3.90, Bachmann 3.61, Santorum 3.60, Cain 3.58, Romney 3.12, Perry 2.96, xPawlenty was 2.66, Paul 2.40, Huntsman 2.38, Johnson 2.28.

When my state votes, I'll probably look at InTrade to see who, at that time, are the two most likely candidates to win the GOP nod, and then vote for the one of the two that I've graded higher. Most likely Romney will be one of the two... most likely the other will be someone I grade higher than Romney.

I don't see anyone catching Gingrich in my mind. I'm darn near dead even on Cain, Bachmann and Santorum, so if they stay that tight, my "intangibles" preferences have them in that "CBS" preference order. Several more debates to go, to see if anything changes.

As far as Perry goes, I definitely don't want him as our nominee, but I'm still paying attention since I'm still effectively undecided as to who I'd go for if, God forbid, Perry and Romney are the top two candidates when my state votes.

Re: Foreign Policy I trust that Cain knows not to bow to the Chinese Premier, the Saudi King, and the Mayor of Tampa, FL. At this point, that's good enough for me. After three years of Obama, my expectations have been lowered considerably.

I also think Mr Cain would be opposed to US students being forced to say the pledge of allegiance to a foreign county, for any purpose. I also doubt he we agree to telling students they couldn't wear t shirts with the US flag on it for political correctness sake.

That’s because they C, N, R are the front runners and have a shot. Had Bachmann and Perry not gaffed their way down in the polls, they would have been given more questions. That’s just how it is. In the earliest debates Cain didn’t get hardly any questions, but as he moved up in the polls he got more, and he earned them!

The black vote will not be monolithic if Cain makes it to the nomination.

In the South, there are many black evangelical churches. Cain would carry much of that bloc. As a Baptist minister, he speaks that language and it is a powerful force. Obama hasn't a clue what any of that stuff means.

The sad thing with Perry is that he's so bad at it, that sometimes, he doesn't even bother to try to twist his answer... he just simply goes straight into his answer as if the questioner asked something entirely different.

Its a huge turn off, too.

As an aside. I wish one of them, ANY of them would told the moderators that the US should use the same type of interrogation methods as their enemies use. If the enemy is torturing their captives, then why should the US do anything less. I would draw the line at hanging, burning and firing squads though (at least until they went to a military court). The US should not have their hands tied while the enemy gets a free pass. jmo

Nice try ace but you obviously don't know what we do here. In case no one told you we are at war with RINOS. We have all but dried up the funding at the RNC and nowadays we pretty much let the tea party pick the candidates. Things are changing in the Republican party if you should be so kind as to take notice.

Is it perfect, hell no! Do we have every candidate we want in place yet, hardly. But give Sarah a chance. She has only begun to work. And we have only begun to feed the New Media with intel day after day week after week.

In case you don't notice FR and the New Media are a very valuable resource in the war against rionism and the commies now in power.

Currently, we are not forced to support any rino and no one here does.Including me!

Later on most will support whomever wins in Tampa. There is little choice other than that.I needn't go into detail our options have been summarized here many times.

If that means we get a rino, and that possibility exists, I encourage you to heap fuel on the huge bonfire that will be lit under his ass for at least four years.

The moment he goes squishy we will be right there to kick his ass over and over if that's what it takes.

And in case you haven't noticed its working.

So you can take your marbles go back in the corner and keep sucking your thumb or help out in the all out war on commies and rinos. It all starts here.

Simple. Just keep reminding yourself we’re electing a President, not a boarding school headmaster. Then remember ‘it’s only sex’.

Presidents are human beings, complete with flaws, not Demi-gods with no stains from the travails of life..

Did you notice Perry hanging on Newt's words every time they shot Newt from a side camera? It reminded me almost exactly of the look on the face of a kid trying to mentally memorize the words of his smart friend who was warning him what to study for on the next test.

I've notice that he does that to almost all of the candidates in every debate. It looks like he is wishing that he could speak like that and remember all that data so easily.

Scott Pelley beamed with satisfaction when he used the word “extra-judicial”. Unfortunately Newt then had to school him about how killing our enemies works in the real world and how it is perfectly legal.

Loook ma! I use the word extra-judicial! All my lib friends will be so impressed same as when Obama says unsustainable, showing what a genius he is

East Baton Rouge Parish is Republican; it overshadows the liberal city itself, but I believe the city has pockets of Republicanism too.

Again, I watched the debate...not a good one, and not exciting. Cain did well in my opinion. He answered well on Pakistan, Iran, etc. Nobody was far superior last night.

Also, this won’t change minds much as this debate went up against college football and was not very exciting.

Watching the recording of the debate now.
Cain is stumbling, Perry is trying to be assertive and doing pretty well.
Bachmann is doing very well.
