Video shows man being punched at Red Line stop amid laughs and taunts

Police have launched an investigation after a man was caught on video knocking out an older man at the Chicago Avenue Red Line stop while others laughed and mimicked the attack.
The assault occurred in April, but the video has only recently surfaced on the Internet.

While some websites have named the youth in the video, he has not been charged. Police are seeking the man who was hit to see if he wants to pursue charges. They asked anyone who has seen the victim or has information on his whereabouts to contact police.
OK,s o the article says they know who it is, but no charges files. Do they really need the victim to pursue charges? Can't they just go arrest the POS?

Black on black crime is rarely talked about by the media, because they prefer to blame racism for the ills of the Black Community.
By the way, it was a weak punch. The only reason the guy got knocked out is because he is 80 years old.
The incident happened in April, but has been floating around on the internet, particularly on a trash site called World Star Hip-Hop. The site actually provides a public service in that it reveals some of the more troubling behaviors in America.

A couple of years ago when a similar event caught national attention (I think it was girls gangin up on some girl at a train platform), a guy I know made the comment that these are jungle people just doing what comes naturally in the tribe. I jumped on him with both feet (figuratively) by telling him that tribal society is well order and would not tolerate such evil acts done to the senior members.
