The White House says that President Obama thinks the child rape charges against a former defensive coach at Penn State are "outrageous." Press secretary Jay Carney declined Thursday to weigh in on Penn State's decision to fire its president and the longtime football coach Joe Paterno.
"You know, we're not going to get into the decisions made by the university," White House press secretary Jay Carney told reporters on Thursday. "What I can say is that if the allegations about what happened up there prove true, then the allegations are outrageous."

Oh okay, so a crime (several to be exact) was committed but according to Carney those charges are outrageous? The crime isn’t but the charges are?????? I hope each incident of rape will be treated as a separate crime. Maybe Carney can implode over those many charges.

Oh wait . . . it's Carney.
Maybe they should get a press secretary who went to college and can put together a sentence which makes logical sense.
They can’t do that, it would make Obama’s lack of speech coherence stand out.

If Spanier was considered for the position, then the White House may have been aware of the allegations concerning Sandusky since early 2009 but did nothing. They are more interested in advancing the rights of homosexuals in the military and in same-sex “marriages” than in protecting young boys from homosexuals.
“Boneheaded move” might be the right phrase in this situation. :)
