My cell was fully charged I was on it before 2 and I heard strange beeps (NOT the same warning tone it usually gives for low battery) and it died I plugged it in and haven’t checked it.

I have an iphone4 and got no text message.

At a couple minutes after 2pm EST he local radio (WHIO 1290) had three typical EAS digital squawks, about 30 seconds of dead air static, and then one more digital EAS squawk.

I have no idea how they could have screwed it up that badly. It seems like every time there is a thunderstorm in summer they are able to do the EAS locally for a severe weather alert.

Got a hold of carrier tech support. Great egg. Had me remove the battery and now the phone works. Could the emergency thingie have blacked out my phone?!
