Huh, we’re still waiting for it. No “test” here. We’re watching the Military Channel out of defiance. Don’t know if the phones went out but they’re on now.

At a couple minutes after 2pm EST he local radio (WHIO 1290) had three typical EAS digital squawks, about 30 seconds of dead air static, and then one more digital EAS squawk.

I have no idea how they could have screwed it up that badly. It seems like every time there is a thunderstorm in summer they are able to do the EAS locally for a severe weather alert.
