And do you know for a fact he lied? None of Cain’s accusers can mention places, dates or even what he allegedly did to them. What they say is not very believable. If a video surfaces, I’ll reconsider.
Which is why I think a LOT of Cains recent contributions are coming from the black population. They see the left attacking a pure blood black man who escaped the democrats welfare trap and made it all the way to the top on his own.
I think they're catching on. Cain has got them thinking and paying attention (a democrats worst nightmare).
That is why none of these "wimmen" will ever go to court.

First I would go through every paragraph of her interview and answer each allegation. She claims she meet Cain at specific events hosted by the NRA. I'd get records of each event to include seating charts, receipts to show if the event even was held ect. I'd get sworn statements from others who were at the events saying she was not there ect
Second I'd release all of his expense account records from the period in question, I'd contact the Capital Hilton to see if a guest was registered in her name at that time and if the suite was upgraded ect.
Third I'd have the NRA release all records of all the alleged incidents, I'd have them release Cains personal file ect..
Id approach this as I would in court putting down every accusation with overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
Glad to see the Law no longer bothers with elementary logic.

If he would have said, “My associates tell me that I met her a few weeks ago at a public event, but I still don’t remember her,” would you still say he was lying about not remembering her?
Obviously, he has met thousands of people over the past few weeks. I would have been extremely surprised if he would have remembered her on his own.
Sure, once someone points it out to him and refreshes his memory, he might recall something about having met her, but to say that he’s lying right now about not remembering her when he watched the press conference is just pure speculation on your part.
I watched Mr. Cain’s presser. Having lived in West Oakland, CA for almost 10 years and encountered numerous liars and crooks every single day, you develop a finely tuned BS meter as a matter of survival.
Mr. Cain isn’t lying about not remembering her. There is no motivation for him to lie about meeting her or not meeting her a few weeks ago.
Back about 10 years ago, sure he has motivation to lie about that meeting, but not concerning the most recent encounter during a meet-n-greet encounter.
No motivation to lie equals no lie.
However, that’s not going to stop the Lame Stream Media and folks like you from thinking he’s lying about it just because they (the LSM) have a radio show co-host (Amy Jacobson) who remembers Sharon Bialek meeting him-—And, the only reason Amy Jacobson remembers it is because Sharon Bialek was drinking Mimosas with her (Amy’s) friends and then raised some sort of ruckus to meet Mr. Cain: “I recall Sharon was hell bent on going backstage at the TeaCon convention — where she cornered him,” said Jacobson.
To Mr. Cain, she was just another face in the crowd; easily forgotten.
But hey, you believe what you want. I won’t hold it against you. I’m just saying that you are wrong on this one.
