It’s not Bialek, it’s Amy Jacobson.
Same thing applies. He’s running for US President. He shakes a lot of hands and has lots of photos taken.
In addition, there are other posts on this thread that claim that it wasn’t even the accuser.
As of the time of this post, that link (http://www.suntimes.com/8592168-417/sneed-witness-says-cain-accuser-hugged-him-during-tea-party-meeting-a-month-ago.html) shows the picture in question as having the caption, “Herman Cain backstage at the recent TeaCon with Amy Jacobson shortly after Cain’s alleged encounter with accuser Sharon Bialek.”
In other words, that’s a picture of Cain with Amy Jacobson, not one of his accusers known as “Sharon Bailek””
