Rick Perry beats Obama in Rasmussen Wisconsin poll
Examiner ^ | November 4, 2011 | Lorraine Yapps Cohen

Heads up all ye who want change from another Obama term in 2012. There’s only one man for that job: Rick Perry. Voters said so in Wisconsin.

Perry topped Obama 46% to 42% in a Rasmussen poll. Should Obama run against Mitt Romney, Obama would win 45% to 41%. Should Obama run against Herman Cain, Obama would win 47% to 41%. The poll makes a case for Perry if Americans really want to see Obama out.

The Rasmussen poll surveyed 500 Wisconsin voters by phone, not a sampling of voters nationwide. But the trendline is up for Perry and a bellwether as the GOP candidate who can ‘take it away’ next November.

The rest of the GOP field is losing its glitter. Meanwhile, Perry continues his ascent toward the top; this, amid purported poor performances at debate. What’s going on with that?

Isn’t it ironic? Unsubstantiated charges against Cain get a pass but unsubstantiated charges FROM Cain get praise.

I don’t like double speak.

My wife likes Cain. She’s had a busy week at work. Friday, I asked her how the Cain sex scandal was going and she didn’t know what I was talking about. She’s now back in the Perry camp, and the family is happy again (-; I am sure this will be reflected in the polls in a week or so.

So you have a wife that lets the Mainstream Media pick her candidate...I think I did better than that.

It isn’t “double speak”. Your camp started this crap and actually tried to deflect it to Romney. Good grief man.

No, not a southern gentleman——but what Perry’s actions in Iowa show definitively-—is that Me-first Perry is a Lone Wolf.

Perry is ruthless-—he does not consider himself a loyal party member-—he will advance himself no matter who he forces to pay the price.

Sure, politics is a dirty game——but Ricardo’s brand of politics is more like its played in banana republics.....Sierra Leone and Nigeria come to mind.

Get over it?

Get over what.

I know that a lot of frivolous charges are made and I always said I thought these charges against Cain were probably in that category or at least nothing too horrible.

But I’ll get over it when Cain stops attacking other people and trying to shift blame.

When’s that going to happen?

Having lived here in Texas, we’ve seen that non-stop for a DECADE. It’s sickening...but this primary season has been GREAT because we’ll FINALLY be able to get rid of our potentate (governor). Texas conservatives now know just how screwed up our governor is, and we WILL take him out by 2014...if he even tries to run again (which I doubt).

So what will he do? I don’t care, as long as he’s not making decisions that affect my life.

Shift blame for what? A SMEAR CAMPAIGN! Oh the horror for figuring that out.

“Nice take, Bob.”

Tanks. I do think that polling matters within the Republican Primary process, but it does not matter a bit, now, for the general election. That’s an entirely different beast.

He is the one that says the government does not make private business enforce the law, not me friend. Take it up with him why he does not know that. And the supreme court decision I posted says, that is a legal act by the state to pass such laws. And the only point he/she/it made was that they supported perrys position on amnesty for illegals, just wants to call it something else.

Yeah ol Rick Perry has beaten you up.

Who would you like to replace him? Bill White? Farouq Shami?

It means ZERO at this point, especially since he doesn’t have a prayer of winning the nomination. After tonight, two people will be on top, Newt and Cain, I don’t know which one (although I hope Cain), but all of the others, including your REAL hero, Romney, will be toast.

I see you’re on the 5 PM shift, do you have to work that extra hour tonight, or does that babe from Ohio get stuck?

They DID NOT.
Perry’s Campaign manager made light of the charges by saying there was more evidence on blogs that Romney did it.

Regardless, Neither Perry nor Romney filed the original charges.

I found Mr Cains deflection ingenues.
