It means ZERO at this point, especially since he doesn’t have a prayer of winning the nomination. After tonight, two people will be on top, Newt and Cain, I don’t know which one (although I hope Cain), but all of the others, including your REAL hero, Romney, will be toast.

I guess that I’ll respond to your actual post, since you’ll be here a while.
As to replacing Perry, believe it or not, not every Republican in Texas is a RINO. There are some REALLY good conservatives. And now, with Perry making an absolute fool of himself in this primary process, I suspect some them will run...and then it’s curtains for Perry.
The problem he’ll have is that now the VOTERS know just who he is - and as we can see with his pathetic polling numbers, the base doesn’t like it. He must be SCREAMING at Anita by now for dragging him into this process...where EVERYONE could see just who he is.
