Heads up all ye who want change from another Obama term in 2012. Theres only one man for that job: Rick Perry. Voters said so in Wisconsin.
Perry topped Obama 46% to 42% in a Rasmussen poll. Should Obama run against Mitt Romney, Obama would win 45% to 41%. Should Obama run against Herman Cain, Obama would win 47% to 41%. The poll makes a case for Perry if Americans really want to see Obama out.
The Rasmussen poll surveyed 500 Wisconsin voters by phone, not a sampling of voters nationwide. But the trendline is up for Perry and a bellwether as the GOP candidate who can take it away next November.
The rest of the GOP field is losing its glitter. Meanwhile, Perry continues his ascent toward the top; this, amid purported poor performances at debate. Whats going on with that?

I am a 1%er
Actually, he repels them.
It's gotten to the point that I'm beginning to believe a few Perry advisers actually want him to lose. They may be capitalists who are willing to make a buck by working for his campaign, but they're also patriots who know Rick Perry would be terrible for America.
He ran a crappy pizza place that sells rice flour crust? Did he create the burger king?
You comment is very insightful!
I just saw this somewhere else which kind of goes into what you just said.
Even in a state that went for Barack Obama big time in 2008, Rick Perry is resonating with the voters there!
Barack Obama carried Wisconsin easily in the 2008 presidential election, but he is slightly behind Texas Governor Rick Perry and runs just ahead of two other top Republican hopefuls in Rasmussen Reports first Election 2012 look at the Badger State.
Perry earns 46% support from Likely Wisconsin Voters to Obamas 42% in a new statewide telephone survey. Six percent (6%) prefer some other candidate, and another six percent (6%) are undecided.

The visas make them MORE deportable by

Perry is Boss Hawg politics, ah gosh oh shucks golly gee dagnabitt durn it all the heck y’all.
Meanwhile he is backroom making the deal with his buds. I love energy independence y’all, as long as my sychophants are makin’ the jack and supportin” ME. Yee hah! Buy me fer a measly 5 grand? You crazy Meechele?, 5 grand won’t even cover mah boot closet!
He is a joke. Maybe that BS plays in Texas, but it doesn’t most everywhere else. LOL
Perry does what he is told. Morons often succumb to that fate.
I think he's more closely compared to Sheriff Roscoe P. Coltrane, though Coltrane is definitely smarter.
Perry’s faults have to do with the fact that he’s a stumblebum with no substance to him. He’s polling fifth of sixth nationally and his decline is well deserved. Why can’t you see the moron in him like the rest of republicans do?
Because he has a record of achievement that eclipses everyone?
He would not. Perry had a lengthy interview with Hannity the other night. I have it tivo’d. My husband just wanted to watch it, so I watched it again with him.
Perry was great.
He answered every question and every allegation fully and honestly and was charming and open.
Hilarius and relevant!
