That may be; I don't think any of us have enough info yet to make a firm decision on the merits. I have been trying not to comment on this; as I figure it will come to a resolution pretty quickly.
If he is guilty or not guilty of bad conduct; lets get it figured out now.
We don't have much time left to get behind a candidate.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the settlement provided for this tramp woman may have been between the NRA and her; the "gag" would apply only to those 2 parties.
