Yeah! He's a real angel! Just another innocent victim...... Doesn't matter one iota. He is being charged with THIS crime. Past behavior has no bearing on this. What we have is a young girl who admitted telling the man that she was 19. She then is accusing him of Statuatory Rape. No evidence, no charges, no crime.
Just think - if you had been there, she could have pointed at you.

So what is your solution? That's the system we have! Innocent until proven guilty! Is it perfect? No! Is it 100% fool-proof? No!
...and if it turns out SHE'S lying,then SHE should do some time,too!
