Arizona's maverick Sheriff Joe Arpaio promised surprises in his jurisdiction's investigation of Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidential ballot and his Cold Case Posse is delivering raising questions that touch on the authenticity of the long-form birth certificate issued last April and the possibility Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security Number.
Sources close to the investigation say the posse has decided it needs to see original birth records before it can conclude whether Obama should be eligible for the presidential ballot in 2012, not an electronic file or scanned copies.
The sources say the panel needs to examine the microfilm documenting Obama's birth, as well as the ink-and-paper original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health is holding in its vault.
The PDF file and various scanned copies of the birth certificate that the White House released April 27 are simply not good enough, the posse has determined.
Earlier this month, WND senior staff reporter Jerome R. Corsi spent 18 hours over a two-day period in Arizona briefing the Cold Case Posse on a wide range of evidence regarding Obama's eligibility.
"The posse wants to see the entire microfilm roll containing Obama's birth certificate, not just a microfilm copy of Obama's long-form birth certificate in isolation," Corsi explained. "An individual microfilm copy could be forged, but forging the entire microfilm reel on which Obama's birth certificate is in sequence would be almost impossible."
Also, Corsi said, the posse wants the ink-and-paper original 1961 Obama birth records still held in vault by the Hawaii Department of Health to be released publicly and subjected to independent court-authorized forensic examination.

Where?
Maybe you should read the applicable Arizona criminal statutes regarding perjury?
Let me show you something.
*I was wrong.*
Now you give it a try. :)
If so, is there an image online?
There are available images of documents signed by Nancy Pelosi just after the 2008 Demo Convention.
In Arizona? I have no idea.
Yep.
"If so, is there an image online?"
Yep.
RE> Did Obama sign a document attesting he was eligible for the ballot as a candidate for President? ....
RE> In Arizona ?
Answer is yes, he did. The form is A.R.S 16-242 titled “Presidential Preference Election Candidate Nomination Paper” It is signed by Obozo and notarized by a Ray Anderson of Virginia on November 30th, 2007. I have the images of the two page document, but I stink at posting images here.
Even better, the actual image. Same one I have. Thanks !
From the first page of that document, not shown above, it is important to note these words:
“I am a natural born citizen of the United States, am at least thirty-five years of age, and have been a resident within the United States for at least fourteen years.”
Found it:

16-351. Limitations on appeals of validity of nomination petitions; disqualification of candidate
B. Any elector may challenge a candidate for any reason relating to qualifications for the office sought as prescribed by law, including age, residency or professional requirements, if applicable.
Of course, there may be a law in Arizona against knowingly providing or signing to false information or false statements on a nomination form. General election penalties range from both misdemeanors and felonies. If that form was submitted in Sheriff Joe's jurisdiction, then perhaps he can take action against Obama for election fraud.
Is everyone running for anything with an age requirement going to have produce similar documentation? This is the issue with going after the birth certificate issue.
If Sheriff Joe can get Obama off the election list in his state, maybe it will give others the courage to do likewise. If three or four states were able to do this, it would raise a heck of a stink in the MSM.
It is one or a dozen of the thousands of cuts that help to bring about his defeat in 2012.
It demonstrates his and the Democrats total dishonesty.
That's a pretty good suggestion. I wonder if it's possible to obtain it that way? Probably not, a) They'd only issue a certified copy of the Nordyke BC, and b) you'd have to be a Nordyke to apply for it, c) I don't know if the microfilm even exists. I've heard much about the newspaper birth announcement microfilms, but not the birth records microfilm.
